What We Provide
We're focused on providing the best retreat experience possible β connecting you with a community of like-minded moms for a weekend of adventure, wellness, and rest. We handle the planning: booking lodging, coordinating guided activities like kayaking, and organizing wellness programming like yoga, strength training, and journaling. Our goal is to manage the logistics so you can focus on recharging.House Reality & Expectations
We work hard to secure a well-located, well-reviewed home for our group.Shared lodging conditions may include:
Shared bedrooms among participants β everyone gets their own bed, but private single rooms aren't part of this format
A mix of bed types (king, queen, twin) assigned as fairly as possible, not guaranteed to be equal
House amenities (pool, hot tub, kitchen, etc.) as advertised by the property, subject to normal wear, seasonal condition (e.g., an unheated pool), or occasional unavailability outside our control
Shared bathrooms, especially during peak morning/evening hours
Noise, activity, or house rules set by the property owner, which we ask everyone to respect
Lodging is selected based on final group size, so the specific home may be adjusted if our numbers shift before the trip
Agreement
We do not make promises about specific room assignments, bed types, or exact property features. Our commitment is to secure a comfortable, well-located home and provide meaningful programming and community. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions as part of a shared retreat experience. -

Early October is one of the nicer stretches on the Central Coast β the peak summer crowds have thinned, and the light turns golden and clear as fall settles in.
Inland at the house in Atascadero, daytime temps typically run warm β upper 70s to low 80s, dry and sunny, ideal for lounging by the pool. Out on the water in Morro Bay, expect it to run noticeably cooler, sometimes foggy in the morning before it burns off β mid-to-upper 60s is typical for the kayak tour.
Nights back at the house drop into the mid-to-upper 50s, so a light layer for evenings by the fire is worth packing, though nothing extreme.
Layers are your best friend all weekend β a cool morning on the water can turn into a hot afternoon by the pool. I'll be keeping an eye on the forecast and will update you as we get closer to the trip.
