✈️✈️✈️ 🌉🌉🌉🏖️🏖️🏖️ An INCREDIBLE AFTERNOON watching the Blue Angels while discovering a little-known tunnel, cannons, cannonballs, an old jail and more near the beach and the Golden Gate Bridge. I spoke to a park ranger who told me this is a SECRET GEM for watching the Blue Angels and for exploring in general!

If your kid loves bridges, tunnels, cannons and cannonballs, jet planes, beaches and exploring, there is no better outing for them!!! Adults will love it, too! I couldn't believe the awesomeness of this place when I visited!

FOR THE BLUE ANGELS, HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:

✈️🌉✈️🌉 BLUE ANGELS: We will watch the angels from a terrific and UNIQUE vantage point. They "arrive" around 3:30 PM. We most likely will catch some of the other planes zooming overhead, too!

🌉🌉🌉 GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE: You've likely never seen it from the view that we're going to get! Up close!!!

🪩🪩🪩 CANNONS, CANNONBALLS, TUNNEL, OLD JAIL + MORE: Your kids will have THE BEST TIME EVER exploring some old military equipment

🩴☀️🏖️ BEACH PLAY + PLAYGROUND: After watching the Angels and checking out the cannons and cannonballs, we'll head to a nearby beach that has stunning views and sometimes you can spot harbor seals frolicking in the water! So much fun for the kids and relaxation for the parents! Option to check out a very cool playground, too!!

🍕 OPTIONAL DINNER: Feeling hungry after? We can arrange a DoorDash order for the group — details closer to the date but note your interest in the sign-up form.

🦭🦭🦭WILDLIFE/EDIBLE WILD FRUITS + FLOWERS 🌸🫐: I’ve watched harbor seals frolicking in the water nearby! We'll use our scavenger hunt cards to look for some cool critters and edible fruits and flowers!

  • EASY, short hike from parking. Strollers can be used but there are long staircases in a few places. For beach, easy short walk.

  • Saturday, 1:30 PM: Short hike to the Blue Angels viewing point, finding a cool tunnel along the way! Have snacks while taking in a breathtaking, unforgettable vantage point of the Blue Angels show! Afterward, head over to a nearby beach for fun in the sun for the kids, R&R for the parents. Option to order a DoorDash dinner to the beach!!!

    FEE:

    • $162 per family for all 3 adventures (Family means you, your partner, and up to 2 kids) / $192 for a dual-income family

    • After 2 kids, add the "Additional child fee" ($10) to your cart for each extra child, per outing

    • After Aug. 30, the bundle is no longer available — each outing can still be booked individually at that outing's current rate

    • Full lump-sum payment due at checkout to secure all 3 spots (digital payment only, no cash)

    • This bundle is non-refundable and non-transferable — no credits for missed outings

    • FAS fee: $64/family for a single-income family; $74/family for a dual-income family (early bird rate)

    • One pass covers a family, meaning parents and children

    • After 2 kids, $10 charge for each additional child to cover treats + educational materials.

    • LATE FEE: Please sign up by Sunday, Oct. 5, 10 p.m., or a $10 late fee will be charged.

    • Outings are not refundable. A one-time credit transfer to another outing — to be used within three months — is possible; the credit expires within three months, please DM Miranda.

    • Full payment must be made to secure your spot (we don't take cash; only digital payment — see options in "how to book" section below).

    You’ll also get access to:
    *First-aid kit
    *Loaner kit of hiking gear (48-hour notice). Please inquire about what gear is available; I have items for kids and adults, like single/double jogging strollers, Baby Bjorn infant carrier, toddler backpack carrier, hiking poles, etc.

    • Food. Option to join group DoorDash for dinner on beach but everyone pays for their meal.

    • Parking fee, which could be $3/hour or FREE. Depends on which lots are open (some close for accessibility users during big events like the Blue Angels show)

  • EVERY 10TH: For every 10th family who signs up for this outing, we can welcome a family for free. This is geared toward low income families. We don't check income; this is an honor system. If you want to join under the EVERY 10th program, please write EVERY 10th in the payment section. When deciding, we will give priority (among other factors) to those who have never joined an outing to ensure that everyone gets a chance to attend.
