3.2 miles. 800 feet of elevation gain. Resistance and strength training. And a community of women who show up for each other — every single time.
This is building real strength on a hillside, surrounded by your people and stunning nature, pushing through the voice that says stop — and choosing to keep going.

THIS IS A TRAINING PROGRAM
Designed to build something over time: hill endurance, strength, mental toughness and a community of mamas who hold each other accountable. We want the SAME group of women showing up together, time after time — because that's how real community is built. You'll know each other's names, cheer each other up the hard parts, and feel the difference that consistency makes — in your body and in your bonds.
Every time, you'll feel yourself getting stronger. The hills that took everything from you the first time? A few sessions in, you'll be having conversations on the way up.
And this program has a north star: the summit of that mountain. A 5-mile challenge we'll conquer together in late fall or early winter. Every time is a step closer. Every mile, every climb, every workout — it's all leading somewhere. And when we get there together? That's going to be something none of us will ever forget.
A note from Miranda: I am not a professional trainer or fitness instructor. What I am is a mama who loves the outdoors, knows this trail, and believes deeply in what we can accomplish together. Come ready to work hard, listen to your body, and have the time of your life.
WHAT AWAITS YOU 💥
🥾 The First Mile: THE BEAST We start with a climb. A real one. It will be hard. Your lungs will wake up fast and your legs will know they're working. But when you crest that first mile, you will feel absolutely FANTASTIC — and everything that follows will remind you why you came.
🌿 The Middle Miles: Your Reward After that opening climb, the trail opens up — mostly shaded, beautiful, and rolling. This is where you catch your breath, find your stride, and take in views that will stop you in your tracks.
🌁 Views That Will Steal Your Breath You can see the San Francisco skyline from this trail. The Bay stretching out below you. The hills rolling in every direction. This is a reminder of how spectacular this world is — and how spectacular YOU are for being out here in it.
👊🏾 The Meadow: Resistance + Strength Training Three-quarters of the way through, we arrive at a beautiful open meadow — and that's where we get to work. Resistance and strength training with your heart pumping and the open sky above you. No gym required. Just you and grit.
🚗 We Carpool! Heads up — the parking lot is small, so we make it work together. Carpooling is part of the experience — more time with your crew, less stress, better for everyone. We'll coordinate details when you sign up.
🍽️ Optional Post-Hike Celebratory Lunch If you've got time, we're keeping the party going! Join us for a celebratory lunch after the hike — share stories, laugh about the hard parts, and toast to what you just accomplished. You earned it, mama.
